Some of my two favorite things wrapped up into one amazing experience!
Enjoy a wilderness hike in the beautiful PNW that is a little challenging or a lot challenging (depending on the hike) and then relax and center with yoga in nature. The best way to do to yoga!
Feel the warmth of the sun and the grass or sand between your toes while you feel a sense of peace and calming.
Build a better booty with up hill walking and yoga poses!
Great for kids to get outside and do something other than watch tv, play video games or on their phones.
A wonderful way to get the family doing something healthy together!

*You may want to bring a towel to wipe of your dirty or sandy shoes
*You may want toilet paper incase the bathrooms are out

*You may want sunscreen
*Good snacks are beef jerky, trail mix, dried fruit, nut bars, cliff bars, string cheese, tangerines, apples and peanut butter, sargento snack packs, nuts, cucumber, baby carrots, a sandwich or wrap, coconut water, electrolyte packets, nothing that will cause heartburn like pepperoni or slow you down like sugary foods, chips, alcohol (which isn't allowed in parks anyways) or other unhealthy foods.
