This Summer, Come join us for a FUN yet relaxing yoga class that is sure to increase your flexibility while building your strength! With a style like Alex's you will want to come back for more!

All ages and levels are welcome on Mondays 7am-8am while Wednesdays are 21+ with valid ID 5pm-6pm.

Stay after to replenish with a nutritious drink from Purium or enjoy a beverage and snacks from the CoffeeHouse or TapRoom!

Please bring a yoga mat and your smiling faces!
